Virtual Mental Health First Aid

The Tanner Steffler Foundation is proud to offer a Virtual Mental Health First Aid course on Thursday, June 11th, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM via Zoom. This interactive, full-day training covers recognizing signs of mental health challenges, responding to crises such as suicide, panic attacks, and overdose, using the internationally recognized ALGEE Action Plan, communicating with confidence and compassion, and connecting individuals to professional supports and resources.

Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, participants will gain increased mental health awareness, enhanced understanding of mental health and substance use concerns, improved confidence in supporting others, and a greater ability to help reduce stigma within their communities. This training is valuable for anyone who wants to better support the people around them.
