Lexi Harney (She/Her)
Lexi is currently studying Psychology at King's University College in London, with the goal of becoming a mental health and addictions counsellor. After organizing a fundraiser in support of TSF in December of 2023, Lexi joined the team as a co-op student. She has now been working as the Events & Fundraising Assistant for the past two summers. Lexi has seen the way mental health and addiction has impacted youth in her community and is eager to make a change.
The Youth Advisory Council (YAC)
The youth voice of our Foundation. Through following their input and direction, our organization hosts events, promotes advocacy and awareness in rural youth, partners with mental health professionals and community organizations to affect meaningful change in Huron and Perth Counties.
Heather Steffler (She/Her)
Administrator & Co-founder
John & Heather are the parents of Tanner Steffler and the founders of TSF. John currently acts as the President of our Board of Directors while also working full time as a self-employed mortgage broker. Heather currently acts as the TSF administrator while maintaining her part-time position with the Maitland Valley Medical Centre.
Olivia Allen (She/Her)
Fund Development & Community Engagement Coordinator
Olivia obtained her BA from Brock University in Political Science and Women's and Gender Studies, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate from Humber College in International Development. Olivia has previously worked in the non-profit sector focusing on the elimination of gender-based violence and human trafficking. Olivia is proud to be working in her own community to help bring awareness, understanding, education, and compassion to mental health and addiction.

The Tanner Steffler Foundation is a Huron-Perth Certified Living Wage Employer.
