Taylor Jones is the Social Media and Community Engagement Coordinator at the Tanner Steffler Foundation. Taylor has been part of the TSF team for four years, taking a short break last summer before returning to continue his work with the foundation. Through community outreach, event support, and social media engagement, Taylor is committed to helping raise awareness and making a change around mental health and substance misuse.
Heather Steffler (She/Her)
Administrator & Co-founder
John & Heather are the parents of Tanner Steffler and the founders of TSF. John currently acts as the President of our Board of Directors while also working full time as a self-employed mortgage broker. Heather currently acts as the TSF administrator while maintaining her part-time position with the Maitland Valley Medical Centre.
Taylor Jones (He/Him)
Social Media & Community Engagement Coordinator
Lexi is currently studying Psychology & Sociology at King's University College in London. After organizing a fundraiser in support of TSF in December of 2023, Lexi joined the team as a co-op student. She has now been working as the Sponsorship & Fundraising Coordinator for the past three summers. Lexi has seen the way mental health and addiction has impacted youth in her community and is eager to make a change.

The Tanner Steffler Foundation is a Huron-Perth Certified Living Wage Employer.
